Madison is a student in CSU’s Applied Social and Health Psychology doctoral program. She previously attended Florida International University in Miami, Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and Anthropology. She is interested in researching the role intersectionality plays in workplace violence, the factors contributing to substance abuse as a coping mechanism for workplace stress, and workplace interventions to reduce work-related substance abuse and workplace violence. In her free time she enjoys reading, taking her dog Bowie for hikes, and exploring Fort Collins little by little.

Brittany’s research interests include student affairs professionals’ experiences with burnout associated with tele-pressure and intent to leave the field, the intersection between equity and wellness in organizations, and workplace experiences of those in recovery from substance misuse and previously incarcerated individuals. In her spare time, she enjoys biking on the numerous Fort Collins trails, going to drive-in movies, watching sports, traveling, and exploring new places. She obtained her M.A. in Higher Education & Student Affairs from The Ohio State University.

Kelsie’s research interests include Occupational Health Psychology, including working parents, parental leave, emotional labor, burnout, alcohol and marijuana use, and recovery behaviors after work. Outside of research, Kelsie enjoys being outdoors, crafting, frequenting patios, and hanging with her dogs.
Jacqueline (Jacq) Wong, M.S. | Industrial Organizational Psychology

Jacqueline’s research interests include the work-nonwork interface, stress, diversity, leadership/supervisor support, and research methods/measurement. She is specifically interested in using interventions involving organizational resources and supervisor support to improve worker health and wellbeing, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable populations. Outside of work, Jacqueline loves live music, theater, good food, hiking, and travel.

Hannah studies stress and well-being in the workplace in relation to motivation and goal achievement. She is currently interested in comparing vocational interests in relation to the stress-strain process.

Becca is in her 5th year of the I-O PhD program, with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. Her primary research interests include occupational stress, employee well-being, organizational change/development, and organizational culture. Outside of work, Becca enjoys camping, baking, going to concerts, and spending time with her family in Michigan.

Rosalyn Stoa graduated with double majors in psychology and business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, where she was also a member of the swim team and started her own juggling club. Her research interests include occupational stress, motivation, and the study of teaching and learning in undergraduate psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Fort Collins on bike, hiking, cooking, and throwing pottery.
